I ordered a few dog tags online for my two dogs. For whatever reasons, the parcel went missing for 2-3 weeks. I contacted the customer services of Mydogtags. They responded not just quickly but also provided me 3 different options, including re-sending the dogtags. They also OFFERED a 25% refund for the incident. I am very happy with the ways that they handled my case and will no hesitate to use and to recommend their services. Min Xiong

Je suis satisfaite des produits reçus. Cette commande est par ailleurs arrivée beaucoup plus rapidement que la précédente. Toutefois, j’ai changé tous les anneaux : trop grands, ils font pendouiller la médaille trop loin du collier et ils sont trop souples .

The dog tag is great! It's cute and pretty, I love that you can choose shape, size and colour. And you can fit a lot of info on it as well. Very happy with it
